Brian Snodgrass is a hands-on, results-driven professional with more than 15 years of comprehensive supply chain experience. Before starting Nitro Supply Chain Services, Brian was the Vice President of Supply Chain at an energy company, leading the entire supply chain with his team of 14. Previously, he gained a deep experience in strategy development and execution through holding multiple global director roles in both direct and indirect sourcing and supply chain at a large multinational manufacturing company. In these roles, he led global teams and negotiated with suppliers in person on four continents and remotely on five. His individual and team career savings exceed $25M. He has sourced, negotiated and managed suppliers for all types of raw material, finished goods, and services.

Having started his supply chain career at McDonald Technologies—a small, electronics contract manufacturing business—he developed a passion for small businesses. He also developed a strong, lean, data-driven and process-oriented way of working during his tenure at large publicly traded companies. He leverages this experience, tailored to the specific customer situation to deliver consistent results.
Nitro Supply Chain Solutions was started as a result of Brian’s passion for helping small businesses succeed and his desire to connect talented and hard-working supply chain professionals with opportunities that fit their skill set. As a result, Nitro is a flexible, solutions-oriented company that can provide end-to-end supply chain solutions and cost saving results.
Brian is a Texas native and currently lives in Fort Worth with his wife and three children. His personal projects include restoring Studebakers previously owned by his grandfather and great-grandfather. He also enjoys modifying his children’s electric vehicles.
Tim Riehl is a seasoned professional with 30 years experience in supply chain focusing on distribution operations. Tim adds value to companies by improving service level and quality while simultaneously mitigating risk and reducing operating expense thereby strengthening companies’ financial and competitive position. He has served on the Senior Leadership Team at HealthTrackRx, Premier LogiTech, Safety-Kleen Systems, and Optricity providing insight and guidance on strategy, organization structure, growth, profitability, and improvement.

Tim has managed national single-site operations for Dell Computer, regional multi-site operations for BaylorScott&White Heath, and national multi-site operations for Safety-Kleen Systems and Premier LogiTech. He has served in support roles to improve operations through facility reconfigurations/construction, process improvement, and systems/technology deployment at McLane Company. He was a founding member of Optricity Corporation, a supply chain optimization software development company.
Tim has successfully innovated to leverage distribution/logistics strategies in unorthodox ways to transform competitive posture and overall performance at non-distribution/logistics oriented companies.
Tim is industry agnostic and applies techniques learned in one industry to another in ways that industry-centric leaders cannot. He has served as both a Client and Provider in a 3PL, so he understands both sides of the 3PL environment.
Tim resides in Allen, Texas. He spends time with his Family enjoying outdoor activities, museums, sightseeing, and wildlife. He is a Veteran and an advocate of Veteran causes including active contribution to the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association.
Jeff Hunt’s background includes over 25 years of extensive supply chain and experiences that has proven to drive results and improve supply chain efficiencies. Prior to joining Nitro Supply Chain Solutions, Jeff was the Procurement Director at Commscope Inc., a leading telecommunications leader in the telecom industry. In his role, he led several global category teams that delivered key initiatives that included overall cost reductions by 8%, improved supplier on-time delivery performance to 98%, streamlined supply base by 10%, and increased spend under contract to 80%. Jeff implemented key supply chain improvements with supplier selection, supplier reduction and should be costing models.

Before joining Commscope Inc, Jeff oversaw a full range supply chain in molding, sheet metal assembly, high speed stamping, printed circuit boards, printed board assembly, contract manufacturing, automated equipment and services. Jeff’s roles included both Regional and Global positions at Lucent Technologies and Avaya Communications. In addition to supply chain knowledge and experience, he has 12 years of cost accounting experience with establishing standard costs and monthly reporting of results.
Jeff holds a B.S. in Business Administration – Accounting and Certified Purchasing Manager from the Institute of Supply Chain Management, Inc.
Jeff currently resides in McKinney, TX. He enjoys spending time outside with his wife and their three children doing family activities, such as golf and boating.
